The Importance of Men’s Spaces: Why They Matter and How They Transform

Jun 15, 2025

In today’s world, men often find themselves caught between expectations – to be strong, successful, and resilient – and the inner need to be heard, understood, and emotionally present. This gap creates tension, exhaustion, and a sense of isolation.

I am Nikolay Makharashvili, a kinesiologist and psychologist, guiding men toward a deeper harmony between body, emotions, and consciousness. My experience shows that true strength does not come from suppressing emotions, but from acknowledging, experiencing, and integrating them.

Why Men’s Circles Matter

A men’s circle is a space of trust, where every participant can simply be themselves. There is no need to “keep up appearances” or prove strength. Real power emerges through presence, honesty, and self-awareness.

A Space for Emotions

Many men learn to ignore feelings like anger, sadness, or fatigue. Men’s circles allow these emotions to be expressed safely, understood, and processed, helping men respond consciously rather than react automatically.

Deep Self-Awareness

When men witness others sharing their experiences openly, it acts as a mirror. You begin to see your habitual reactions, fears, and untapped potential. This fosters conscious living, decision-making based on internal resources, and a sense of alignment with yourself.

Brotherhood and Trust

Genuine male support is rare in modern society. A men’s circle creates connection based on respect, presence, and shared experiences. This brotherhood does not demand proof of strength; instead, it provides grounding, encouragement, and the energy to grow.

How It Works in Practice

In my men’s circles, we combine kinesiology, body-oriented practices, and emotional techniques:

  • Listening to the body and recognizing its signals;
  • Exploring emotional blocks and patterns accumulated over the years;
  • Creating a safe space for sharing experiences without judgment or pressure.

Each session is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and truly be present – with yourself and others. Many men experience relief, grounding, and a sense of inner support after the very first session. Over time, deeper self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and harmony between life roles and inner needs emerge.

My Philosophy

I do not “fix” people. My role is to create a space where inner change can naturally unfold. Through attention to the body, emotional work, and deep guidance, men learn to be honest with themselves, recognize their inner resources, and act in alignment with their true strength.

If you feel tired, ready for change, or seeking authentic power, a men’s circle offers support, guidance, and a pathway to growth. Here, you will find understanding and the opportunity to gradually discover new levels of energy, confidence, and presence.
