Whether you’re working with psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety, or burnout, the group space allows you to feel supported, inspired, and gently transformed.

- Parents, caregivers, and entrepreneurs seeking renewal
Types of groups available:
- Therapeutic movement & anti-stress sessions
- Emotional resilience and embodiment circles
- Men’s groups for confidence and vitality
- Archetypal and self-awareness workshops
What to expect:
- Breath-led movement and gentle bodywork
- Guided self-inquiry and visualization
- Optional sharing and group reflection
- Small group sizes (6–10 participants)
When to expect results? Many participants feel more relaxed, present, and energized after the first session. Ongoing group work fosters deeper emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.
