What is it?
Kinesiology is a gentle and highly effective way to understand what your body is trying to tell you. Through muscle testing, we uncover imbalances in your structure, nervous system, and energy flow. It allows us to see how physical tension, emotional patterns, and chronic stress manifest in your body – and where healing needs to begin.
